There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Thinking about buying a 2013 ST Ltd or 2016 F3-T- anything bad about them?

I'm thinking about buying a 2013 Can Am Spyder ST Limited with 13,000 miles on it. I'm new to the Spyder so is there anything bad about the 13?
I've read about the heat issue.

I'm also looking at a 2016 Spyder F3T...

Thanks for any help!

If I was you I'd be looking seriously at the 2016 F3T. The 2013 has the 998 engine plus its only 5 speed. Parts are getting harder & harder to find on these old Spyders. Less maintenance cost on the 1330 engine, plus you don't have the heat issue with the F3T. Just my 2 cents.

Please add an "asking price" if possible. The 2016 F3T may be a better option. The heat issues were solved, the 2016 has the three cylinder engine, which many prefer over the 998 twins. I have had three 1330 engine equipped Spyders out of the seven owned. Two of them were F3 limiteds. Those were MY favorite Spyders.

I must agree with the above comments. I would also go with the F3T. Later model and easier on maintenance. Good luck shopping.

I also agree on the F3T. My first Spyder was a ‘13 STS. Great Spyder but two years later I traded it for a ‘15 F3S. I like the F3 much better.
