• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Things you want BRP to make standard on Spyders.

Standard items on a premium motorcycle

TPMS
heated grips and seat
fully adjustable suspension, front and rear
more power
third brake light
more luggage capacity with saddlebags that don't break
turn signal indicators in mirrors
LED headlights
custom build program: order with options, colors.
Turbo or Supercharger option

Hey Everyone !!!

I'd like to see better OEM speakers all around.
Get ride of the analog gauges and add USB on one side and 12v plug on other side.
:-) I would love to see BRP offer a 1300 - 1500 twin.
I love the idea of a little bigger side bags and top box, also, I like the gas door idea.

Speaking of more power: has anyone heard anything more about the F3-Turbo? :dontknow:
Wouldn't the "Custom Build" program, render our Farkling episodes pointless?? :yikes:
Otherwise; I've already added the LED lighting, extra turnsignal indicators and brakelights.

A realistic speedometer that doesn't go to 200 mph.:lecturef_smilie:

Did you know that the speedometer also does Kilometers per hour? If your driving in Canada or elsewhere 100 is equal to about 62 mph. 120 mph will equal 200 Kph and you will be right on the money.

I love to point to the 200 part when someone asks me how fast it will go. I leave out the Kph explanation though. :roflblack::roflblack:

I got up to 150 the last time I was in Canada.

I am actually pretty happy with the levels of options offered. A tweek would be a custom build program--but it will cost you--I am sure.

Aftermarket items also allow for farkling to the max. Allowing you to "make it yours" without forcing a price point on someone else that does not need it that custom.

As I have progressed through the years and models, I have farkled less and less.

Oh, I would still like my electronic trunk release though. :roflblack:

A trunk the size of a Harley top box, with a lid that lets you access all of it. Side bags that a 2XL modular helmet with a Sena or Scala mounted on it will fit in.
Bodywork that doesn't require the removal of the mirrors to take off.

Ummmm...yes

Valve stem in an accessible place on the rear tire
Tire pressure monitoring system
Distance to empty readout

That valve stem .... BRP must sell a "special " attachment to accommodate this sorcery ? Or maybe they haven't noticed it because it's so well hidden
