That pic shows that your 'fridge has a serious lack of bacon in it - there's waaay more room for bacon in there; probably almost enough vacant space just waiting to carry sufficient bacon stocks to last until just after lunch time!!

Well he's partially correct. That was last yrs bacon. I haven't made a new batch yet. I'm thinking I'll be ready to order another 40 lbs of bellies in a couple weeks.

Project Fridge is full of 25 lbs venison curing for ven pastrami
