• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

These are going to look real good on the Spyder!

I'm in PA picking up my powder coated parts. They came out better than I expected. Candy apply red. Real sparkley. Kind of like Dorthey's ruby slippers.

Teddy loves how they came out

And we can't stand the OEM grey castings, think it cheapens the look of an otherwise Awesome Looking machine :firstplace::helpsmilie:Mind if we ask an approximate cost of getting it done :dontknow::rolleyes:

I got the family discount. My cousin owns the coating business. It cost me $250. Removing all then castings was the pain. Tomorrow when I get home I'll start putting them back on.

Just got home from PA with all the powder coated parts. Here they are laying in the sun. There sure are a lot of sparkles!

But today will work fine for the pictures..................I powdercoated mine this winter as well, be careful with the master cylnder very easy to knock the piston out of place and then brake fluid leaks out and then the dreaded error code and then, and then, and then.......ask me how I know?:sour:

Looking forward to the finished product.
