They bought quite a bit of land in Casa Grande, AZ where I winter and the city is jumping through hoops to get them up and going. They hadn't broken ground yet when I left in the end of April. Here is a cool video of them drag racing a bunch of different cars using their mule with their platform. Pretty amusing.
