Maybe we should start a sub-Spyder group - lady Spyders with guns. When I worked at the prison I trained with pistol, shot gun and M16's - loved being out in the sun on the range instead of inside the prison walls. Of course I walked around with some serious bruising on my shoulder and once in a while on my cheekbone from shotgun kick back, but it was a small price to pay. (I also trained with the riot squad - was designated sharp shooter if we went in to emergency situations since they didn't think my 93 lbs (at that time) would strike fear into the hearts of many inmates even if I did carry a riot baton. Instead I would be posted on the wall with my M16:doorag:
Took me many years to quit carrying a gun in my purse or car wherever I went once I left the prison environment.

You sell protective clothing, perhaps you can find something "special" to wear to SpyderFest.

Hey Jane,
Thanks, but I think you have me beat by far. I have my Glock 19 and that is the only hand gun I have ever shot. I have nothing to compare it to. The only other gun I have fired is my Dad's 12 gauge. I would love to try different firearms though. I have a healthy respect for them and enjoy going to the range. I was always good with the BB gun's so I guess it kind of carried over.

True, but none of the armor we sell is ballistic rated. And none of it covers the areas where DLTang's targets have holes...

Nope Forrest, 9mm Glock but I gave it about 50 rounds. Also, I pinned the small target on top to the large one over the chest, that is why it is so blown out. Think of it this way, if I need to, I can protect you and Doc from the Huligan Hunters.

When I it that really small deer( just out of it's spots) I have carried a puny 22 P Barretta. BUT up close to the head of that deer I could have put it out of it's pain and agony. It broke three legs and was crawling away from me as fast as the remaining leg could make it go. It suffered WAY too long in the woods waiting for a super trooper to come and kill it.:gaah: I should have the local LEO's phone number on my cell!!!pps: Can't carrie some of the other guns I have as they are rifles. And I can't get the black powder ones going. they are more antique than used.
