• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Don't they also have the same in West Palm Beach..?? They did when we lived there...for the third time...anyway there are a ton of roadsters in florida...:thumbup:

If we do have a Villages type place in West Palm Beach, the residents living there have kept it off the radar. Never seen it in the 30 plus years we have lived here.

As for The Villages in Central Florida, I honestly do not know if they have a Spyder specific club or group. There could very well be a a Spyder group since The Villages has so many groups dedicated to what the residents want to do.

Regardless, I am certain you will find others to ride with and if not there is enough riding that is very nice around there or with a trip to the either the ocean or Gulf.

We are about 3 hours south, but have friends that reside there. No plans to move there and currently am too young to live there.

There are a couple of SRA groups in that area. You can find SRA Coast to Coast chapter on Facebook. Also anyone who lives in Florida does need additional information when someone ask or uses the Villages in a sentence. It's kind of like asking a Floridian if he knows where Disney World is located.

We were thinking Florida in a couple of years and searching areas out. Where are you moving from?

I apologize for not remembering names, but there are a couple of spyder riders that live in The Villages. When you get down here, I'm sure you'll see them dodging the golf carts running up and down the streets in The Villages. <smiles> Seriously, you'll find them. There are also some folks from Leesburg, Ocklawaha and Grand Island, Flarda that are close by. For that matter I live in Sanford, Flarda, and run by your area on my way to North Central, Flarda, for some good down home cookin.

Hi Folks. I live in Lady lake, FL. The only Motorcycle club that I know of, are the Nomads. In order to belong to that club you have to live in the Villages, which I do not. I belong to SRA Central Florida and the SRA Cost to Cost groups. There are several Spyders in the Lady Lake area. I would recommend you check one of the last posts for there face book pages.==Scooter :thumbup: :ohyea:
 
Spyder riding

I will be happy to ride with Spyder riders in The Villages. I will be there after Early October. That is one fun place to live. I am planning on lots of Spyder riding.

Ok I am now a resident of The Villages in Florida and searching for a Motorcycle Safety course near by to obtain my MC license. Then on to getting my Spyder.

I live in Lady Lake, I also belong to US Spyder Ryders send me a PM so we can get together for a ride or lunch :yes::yes:
