As far as suspending Jeff for a couple of races; They probably looked at that option, but were worried about the consequences...
As I said; I'm a fan of his, but what he did, had precedents in place to make suspension an option.

Truth is....these guys are all hardcore stock car drivers, no matter how much NASCAR tries to sanitize it, civilize the participants, etc. this stuff is going to happen.

Is it bad for the sport?....Hell no it isn't! I bet the TV audience will be up considerably for the Homestead race....just in case there's a little flare-up! Remember the Allison/Yarborough scuffle at Daytona back in the day? Huge shot in the arm for NASCAR!

Jeez Bob, the bike looks more like an insurance total than a VMax right now with stuff piled on top of stuff in the shop....I'd be ashamed to release any pics for fear of tarnishing my reputation! :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

Someone would start a "When will he get that thing back together" pool and the only 2 choices would be:

-Shortly before he dies of old age

BTW, I saw an interview with Brad K regarding the Gordon/Boyer thing....that boy's gonna have to clean up his language a little (actually, a LOT) if he wants to properly represent NASCAR as the 2012 champ (if he wins)....there were more beeps & bleeps than words!

I actually am going against my natural grain, and will predict a boring race... :shocked:
Johnson WILL do everything that he can to make up the points.
Keselowski will do a lot of "Big Picture" racing; at the strongest urging possible by his Crew Chief, and win the title.
