Yea, I posted this before. Here it is again. Finalized.
Once that 3M rubberized paint had a good long time to cure, it is pretty durable. Even in 98degree heat, it still holds up and does not seem to melt.
I replaced the BRP plastic "screw pegs" with a real specialized flat wide head stainless steel bolt and nut. I also made a custom brace (not shown) that holds the foot rest secure and connects to the bike frame. Also a small plate behind the tupperware all combine to hold these foot rests solid and make the wings a lot more solid.
