• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hi Everyone
I have been testing the seat heaters and the controls before I offer them up for sale....I did not like
the ones I had they did not heat well and the control was not so good so I FIRED the supplier I had
and went looking for a new manufacturer and I now have what I feel is the very best.
All of my customers know I will not sell anything that is not the very best quality at the lowest price
so stay tuned.... I will have pictures for you and the cost. the seat heaters are easy to install yourself
I have the SENA units on SALE right now as well CHRISTMAS is right around the corner...
Thanks Everyone :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Being new to this motorcycle thing I'm wondering 2 things. Does this seat heater item get put between the seat cover and foam, similar to a car seat heater. Hence requiring an upholsterer? And two, how does this tax on the bikes alternator? To me a heated element pulls a lot of energy, although I admit I don't know the technicalities of this. :dontknow:

very interetsed customer !!!

Hi all you COLD BUTT folks

OK the seat heaters are here and in stock !!!!!
I will have pricing posted right here on the forum
ASAP maybe even Nov.1st.
To answer your questions about how to install them
it's easy you can do it yourself it goes right under the seat cover
just remove your seat turn it over remove about a zillion stapels
and gently take the cover off to expose the foam place the heating
unit on the seat where you want it both front and back or just front
if only installing one then put the cover back on and staple it in place.
If you are having doubts about doing it yourself, go to an automotive
upholstery shop and they can do it.... if you were to bring your seat in
not on the Spyder and gave me the heater I would charge you about $50.00
to $75.00 for the labor so you should not pay more than that.....
SO that is the good news and for more info give me a call....
at 209-887-3283. Please remember I am in the pacific time zone so 3 hours
difference from the east coast. you will save big bucks $$$$$ by
doing it yourself over buying a new seat with a heater in it....
Thanks everyone
