I believe Florida does have a lemon law. When I had my problem with alignment, I found plenty of Lemon Law lawyers here in Miami. Check online.Nope, no Lemon Law here in Fl. Darn

True, and even a perfectly stored battery in brand new condition will lose charge over time with nothing connected.
Still, I can leave my Spyder for several months, no battery tender, no noting, with a 3 year old battery and it starts every time. So if you consider the spectrum between my Spyder and Dave's there is definitely something wrong with one of them.
