• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The Morning Thread

Morning all. The best part of waking up--------------------. Well you know the rest. Past weekend WX got up to 82* in the "Old Pueblo". Rode down to Patagonia to the "Velvet Elvis" for some great Pizza and Calzone. Short 200 mile lunch with my friend Jack Shomenta. Stopped for coffee and pie at Tubac on the way home. Thursday Camille, Max and I will be at The Barrett Jackson car auction in PHX.

WX this coming weekend will be a balmy 75*. Will be riding my new R1200R LC BMW today. "Love that Leaner".

Hoping everyone came out OK after the big storm in the Northeast.

Jack

It's been said that rain is "raindrops from Heaven". Guess that makes snow Angel Sh*t!

(Can I say that here? :opps: ) In any event, we've had enough of it in one weekend to last all winter. :sour:

Morning all!!!

We moved to TN in 2001 from MD, the last 2 Winters here have been too much like MD less like TN.:mad:

Skiing

Good morning all,

Off for another day of skiing at 10,000 ft. Skiing like a kid keeps this old man young at heart. Hope all on the mid-Atlantic are getting dug out. We are going to get hit again this weekend---- so say the weather guessers.

Been awhile since I posted here. Another Thursday morning. Both cats sitting on the desk and watching me type on the computer keyboard.

Happy Thursday. :yes::yes:

Morning all. Sun is getting ready to pop up over Mt. Lemmon. Had a great day yesterday at the Barrett Jackson classic car auction. Should be in the 70's today and even higher tomorrow. Yes I will be riding and playing Handball today.

Jack

Did you buy anything at the Auction?

No but I wanted to. Didn't want to put the "Princess" in a bad mood. Might go back tomorrow or Sunday when the Boyd Coddingtons sell. These are very high end customs that normally start a 300-500 thousand. I think one would look nice in my living room. The Princess doesn't think so!

Highest Sale yesterday was a 1979 Pontiac Firebird for $170 thousand.

If you offered to store the "Boyds" in your dining room; she may see the living room as a viable compromise!

Happy Shopping!
