There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

6-8" of light fluffy powder I just finished removing from the decks and driveway and it's still snowing. Skied yesterday and took a bad fall but you know what we say-------- No falls = no balls.

Merry Christmas Everyone!! Seasons Greetings & Best Wishes to you All.:clap:
Our Grandkids have been up for hours here, sorting the packages under the tree & delivering them to their intended recipients while we sit around & watch them tearing open all those with their names on them!! They don't seem to know which to spend the most time on, hugging & thanking the Parents, Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles, or Cousins who may have been responsible for the latest 'best present ever' or just getting on with playing with them, but either way it's fantastic watching all the hustle & the joy on everyone's faces!!
It's gonna be a hot one here, already over 32 (that's Degrees C, so about 90 F) and expecting to top 38 (100) with thunderstorms fairly soon, so we'll probably spend the day under the verandah/on the deck sharing with our many & varied visitors. Ever since I was a little kid, we've opened our house on Christmas Day & welcomed those who have special needs, nowhere else to go, or just no family to share Christmas with, so the whole town knows it's open day with great food at our place and we tend to keep fairly busy, but we do get to share our day with some wonderful people. And I've gotta head out now on the first pick up bus run!

Almost midnight on Christmas Eve, still in the upper 50°F range, rain off and on all day today. Christmas Day is supposed to be in the low 70° F range but, 90% chance of rain.
Same on Saturday with less chance of rain. Maybe it will dry up enough to ride some.
