There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. The More That I ride This Thing...

...The more that I love it! :D :2thumbs:
Here's what I've noticed so far:
The transmission operates smoother than a baby's bottom... Like BUTTER!!
That 1330 triple... Where, oh where, have you been all of my life?? :D
45 mph in 6th gear:about 2200 rpm; and it's happy!
The radio speakers seem to be less "distressed", by the volume levels that I'm cranking through them.
But; I'm getting worred; Do you EVER have to stop and put fuel in these things? ;)
At 130 miles; I'm still showing almost 3/4 full on the gauge. :yikes:
The brakes... AND the enigne braking, are a quantum leap forward! I thought that the old bikes stopped real well; this baby seems to use about half as much effort!
I'm gonna have to go take it for another ride today; just to make sure that all of what I've repored is actually true!! :D

:congrats: Bob. Glad the new RT is meeting expectations.

I would imagine the lower torque is much appreciated. I know it is what impresses me most about my current ride...when I get to ride... Now if I could just sneak out... Only two weeks away from having the total new hip hardware put in and the Doc isn't too forgiving of my desire to saddle up and ride. :)

So I sit here. Read Spyderlovers. Do my post OP therapy and pray for the day to come soon that I am finally able to ride again. Wish I could see you and shake your hand at Spyderfest, but that looks like a no-go for me this year.

May you enjoy many happy miles, smiles and sunny days on the new RT!!

Thanks for the update Bob. I now cannot wait to get the new one. Just got back from the 1st ride of the season on the 2013 53 degrees and went 50 miles. It may have been the last one on it.Going to tell the dealer tomorrow I want in now. I may not sleep tonight.

As a envious on looker, I feel it might take you several thousand miles to confirm this.

Sounds good:yes: My first fill up was about 26 mpg, but then I was pulling the RT622 and it was windy. Looking forward to when I can get out there and put on some trailerless miles to see how it does. Until then rack them up for me:ohyea:

Steve,
You just keep working on healing...
We'll keep the roads right where you left them! :D

Steve,

Bob and I came up with a solution to move you around during Spyderfest and at the same time feel the new 1330.

WoW!

...smoother shifting, better brakes, engine braking, better fuel mileage..... I just bought my RT Limited 8 months ago on an "End of season" left-over sale. Maybe I should have waited. :dontknow:

Nah. I've had too much fun riding it the past 8 months. (And I LOVE the 2013 brown color with the tan seat. ;) )

Thanks for the link, Bob. And... ENJOY!:2thumbs:

Took ours on 4 rides during our short vacation and totaled-up 1187 miles at an average of 36 to 41 mpg w/two of us onboard. Just like riding a snowmobile on the street, should be able to go from summer to winter without much of a learning curve when I hop back on a sled. Got to remember to forget about 43 years of motorcycle riding!! :ohyea:Hope you get lots of miles and smiles out of your new ride!!:congrats:
