• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

One of my objectives in attending this year's Spyderfest was to buy the Superchocks tie-down system for my trailer. I figured I'd buy the system, take it home and get a nimble friend to do the crawling beneath the trailer to help me install the system. However, Randall, the inventor of the system, and his able assistant Todd came to my motel after leaving the vendors' village Thursday evening and installed it for me...at no extra charge. Now that's customer service! The Superchock system makes it very easy to stabilize the Spyder on the trailer and worked as designed on the nearly 800 mile trip home. Thanks guys.
 
CARDO SCALA

on Thursday during SPYDERFEST, i was at PIT BULLS, and i saw the CARDO SCALA guys sitting to the right... my G9 has an issue with the 'left' speaker... the tone is very shallow. so i approached the table, and Mr. Mike Sheehan (Scala Rep. with the injured arm) asked if he could help. i explained to him that my G9 wasn't working properly, and he looked into the situation and in fact the speak was not working properly, so he GAVE me a new mounting unit.... FREE.... now that is the EPITOME of customer service... and it doesn't stop there.... Mike showed me things i could do with my G9 that i was totally unaware of... he walked me through the entire process, was extremely patient and throughly informative... because of Mike, i'm stuck on SCALA forever now... just a gr8 young man, CARDO SCALA must be proud to have such people working for them... :yes: :clap: :bowdown:
