There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

First Impressions are WOW and I don’t over dramatize much. In general it gives me everything I hoped for after waiting so long. I got the SE5 so ease of shifting is a breeze and as for the lean into corners no problem. I want to thank ZZNEONZZ for all his advice. Shocks set at 4 front and 6 rear are great! I’ll confess I bought the spyder to be different and didn’t mind at all the waves and looks while I circulated around the hood and that made me smile, not because of my ego but because of their looks of wonder. Reminds me of how I first looked at the Spyder. To all you still waiting..keep on keeping on!

Sure never noticed this on ours. Is the dealers demo this way? I would check what others have, and ask the dealer some questions. Maybe BRP just got this one wrong somehow.

So anyways, I clocked over 200 miles today and had a couple observations. First, every biker but one or two that I passed today gave me some sort of wave and I passed at least 40 so the acceptance of the spyder is strong here in Charleston or maybe this is just normal for bikers…I don’t know but it made me feel like I was welcomed to a club. Next, the spyder feels like it’s custom made just for me. I’m 5’10” and the one inch riser and touring windshield are a perfect fit for me, I only topped out at 85 mph today but everything is rock solid and comfortable. Finally, I think it’s time to move onto the next new spyder owner because this thread could go on forever, I have a problem shutting my mouth when it comes to the spyder, you guys support for us newbie’s is awesome!
