There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. My 91 year old Mother never had a dog of her own..6 years ago to this date.. a Toy Poodle showed up on the streets in Downtown..And She took it in and to the vet to see if it had a chip..it didn't..the vet estimated her age a 11 then ....she was a joy to MoM and Me too..today I buried her... Mom said through tears..no matter how long you live, it's not long enough ..
...............................See You later Chloe at the Rainbow Bridge ............................

The question is not how long you live is how good and happy you live and the difference you made for others to be better.

Sad news..!!

They do become a big part of your life..sorry to hear and all the best to you both...lost our little one earlier this year...

sorry to hear this... as i type this i have zorro on my lap. he's a 15 year old cat who is stage 3 renal failure. i've held him since he was 3 weeks old. if i'm lucky, i can love on him for another year.

TO YOUR MOM

My heart goes out to Her, I have lost to many of my dear friends over the years, so I know just how she feels.......Max feels bad also .....Mike

sorry to hear that.. tears in my eyes..and at almost 68 I should be to olde to cry
No, you're never too old to cry.

Even dogs miss dogs. We had three dogs a few years ago, a Yorkie who is velcroed to my wife, a pom/spaniel/?? mix named Mollie, and a lab mix named Obbie. A few years ago we had to put Mollie down due to complications of age. When we came back home Obbie looked at us with the, "Where's Mollie?" look. He knew something wasn't right. I got down on the floor face to face with Ob and said to him, "Mollie's gone. No more Mollie. No more Mollie." You know, he understood. He immediately relaxed and never again went around the house looking for Mollie. If I hadn't have been there I don't know if I would have believed it would happen. Sadly, a few years later we had to put Ob down. I am not looking forward to when the end comes for Kate, the Yorkie. It'll be hard on my wife, even though we've had to put down 6 or 8 dogs through the past 49 years.

We're so sorry to hear of this loss...
Try and remember that Chloe had a fantastic 6 years with your Mom...

...and look at all of the joy that she gave in return for it.

She's at the Bridge...

My thoughts go with you over the loss of your family friend. It is never easy when one leaves us for the Rainbow Bridge.

Every time I read one of these threads, tears come to my eyes at the remembrance of friends lost and gone ahead. They give us so much while they are here with us.

Mourn, then get another!

The best therapy for losing a beloved dog is another beloved dog! I was madly in love with a golden named Hazel. She loved me mightily! She would go through electric fence just to sit next to me. All hand commands, smart as as a whip. Retrieve anything. Insisted on being beside me, to the point of getting in bed, snuggling up, and growling at Ann if she got to close to her Daddy! She died of cancer, and I had a huge hole in my heart. We rescued Max, a massive, muscular German shepherd a few years later, and he is devoted to me! I believe he loves me even more than Hazel did! I still think of her, but my buddy Max is awesome! Get another! Rescue rocks! Joe
