Had to be too be too much speed. Everyone else made it through. Wonder how much of his palm is spread over that stretch of asphalt? The cameraman didn't skip a stitch!

I feel for the guy, but glad it was right behind me. I was making some good time through the twisties! How much ya want to bet he wears gloves next time...if he still has something to install a glove onto. Just sayin.

The whole thing makes you shiver. They must have mopped it up pretty quickly, as I didn't see a trace of it on my way back through. Or he is still down there!
We didn't even know it happened until we were searching for our own pictures by the time of day and stumbled across these.

Oouch!!

you might ask "rabtech" ..he posted a similar shot of a mishap he had...I had a pothole accident once on the wing and was wearing gloves with rivets to protect your hands. Hands fared well gloves not so much but did end up with a series of burn marks where those rivets heated up going acriss the asphalt...:lecturef_smilie:
