• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That's a Wrap

Just completed my P-40 WarHawk wrap. Got some pictures in my albums. Thanks to Pete at PowerSportsWraps.com I was able to achieve exactly the look I wanted. I wanted my Spyder to stand out with from other Spyders (it already stands out to everyone else <wink>), so I shied away from the spider motif. Others have done the same wrap... so I'll have to make some additional stuff (hint: WWII A/C art), sometime in the future. I have to admit that I simply don't have the talent to apply the materials myself, but Pete and his crew took care of that for me. In fact, the same day they received the parts from me, they applied it and shipped them back...SAME DAY!! They're terrific!! I did apply the teeth and the eyes myself (big deal right?...LOL) Anyway, it really does stand out, and I think it's a beautiful sight!! Hats off also to the guy that originated the idea, and again to Pete for making it into a wrap we can all use!!

It does look great. But give yourself some credit; I think you would have been able to apply the graphic yourself! Trust me, if an round old gal like me can do it, you could. 'Tis a cool machine!

Next thing you know somebody's gonna wrap one up as a ZERO and then it'll be ON! :2thumbs: Great looking addition to your Spyder!

Thanks SpyderDuck... Your's looks awesome :2thumbs:

:welcome: and :congrats: on the wrap. I like the teeth and eyes stickers as well.

Thanks alot, and for the record - it was looking at your yellow Spyder that made me want to put on a wrap! Wish I could get the lighting that you have on your two

You have me thinking SR-71 now.....The sexiest and coolest bird EVER!!!

That would be great, I think PowerSportsWraps.com has the dirty aircraft metal in various colors, so it is definitely do-able:thumbup:, and if you have some other idea, contact Pete and he will make it happen. That company is the BEST I've ever done business with in my 50+ years. Spyder on:spyder:!!!

That is the coolest wrap I have seen thusfar. I luv the teeth...need some of those:2thumbs:

Thanks! They have two versions, each in two sizes, but I had them custom size those to fit the spoiler area for the RS. Not sure how the teeth could be done on the RT, someone needs to brainstorm that one :chat: :D

Spyder on :spyder: !!!
