• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That was almost real bad

Wow..!!

Really glad you are alright. Moved all my supply lines to overhead just for that reason.

Glad you are ok!, So from this happening, what would or will you do differently when removing the mat next time? Make sure leg out of way or that safety devices are in place, or both:dontknow:

I've moved the pump before but I guess I've always grabbed the front of the peddle not the back. The lift doesn't go all the way to the floor so I was able to a little bending and get out from it but my heart was pumping big time. I'm pretty sure this will not happen again. :opps:

Lamont, at our age :roflblack: ,, bad things can happen fast! Also my soreness/pain usually takes about a good 24 hours to really set in, then I get mad at myself all over again. Glad your o.k. Bro, If you need anything shoot me a line.

If it had been me, I would have broken my leg and then, being unable to free myself, I would have frozen to death before someone found me!

I'm a total klutz. nojoke

Glad you're okay Lamont. I have a policy that if I see I'm making mistakes, I just quit doing everything that day.

Chris

thanks for the reminder ... it's good for all of us. goes to prove you can never not be thinking safety first.

Really glad you're ok and not too badly hurt, I've seen 127 hours and can get rough when you're trapped.

Close call!!!

Glad your Ok!!:doorag:

Learn from my mistakes :yikes:

The text in the picture is too small to read but the jest of it was I was removing the mat from under the pump and it lifted the peddle and let down the lift table on my leg. There was no air hooked to it at the time and it was just low enough that the safety bar was not on, I couldn't lift it back up. Got a knot on my leg but no broken bones. I got lucky or it's true that God looks after stupid people (sometimes):opps:

things happen fast and were geting slower ,glad thinge turened out ok,prase the loard,he was there for you.:chat:

This actually reminds me of the time that I got my right arm caught up under the engine in my 1993 Poaris XCR 440... :opps:
But that's another story for another time... ;)

Glad you could wiggle free. I hope this is a reminder to folks with lifts to jack things up high enough that the safety latches engage...and to stay out from under unless they are engaged.
