When I had my rear trunk lock repaired at the dealer, they managed to break my running/brake LED connections at the LED strip. Many thanks to Reggy, I emailed TRICLED to purchase a replacement, and Reggy provided one at no charge.. No that is GREAT customer service..

That's great to hear. I too had a challenge with a light string I got from them ( one side of connector wire wasn't soldered) and Reggie had one in the mail to me that day and got it two days later. I called back with a big thank you and asked him if he wanted the old one back and was told to go ahead and keep it. Now I have an extra 39 inch string of red LED's that work fine after I soldered the wire.. They were great to work with.....Jim

You can't go wrong with Reggy and TricLED. awesome and innovative products, original designs, not knock off's and the best personal customer service that you'll ever see. From time to time he sneaks something new out without promoting it. Check the www.tricled.com site under 'New Items'. Some very cool stuff is on the horizon. I just got the new red glow ring that goes around the BRP emblem on the trunk. It's a running light and a brake light. When you hit the brakes you're going to give the person behind you retina burn. It's great! I'd show a pic but the only way you can shoot it is in total daylight. It'll blow out your pic at night. Can't wait to get it on the bike when I get back to MO. tomorrow. Thanks for great products and excellent customer service.
