• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thanks to all

I wanted to thank all my Spyder peeps for all the knowledge and experience everyone shares. When I think about the amount I know and even can do on the Spyder (compared to 4 years ago) it is amazing. Based on the sharing of information here, when in a dealership or talking with someone I know when there is BS and who is a straight shooter. Just the information I know about tires now is cool, thanks to guys like Mike and Pete.

I, like many here appreciate all the sharing and knowledge transfer in this forum.

Thanks all!
Jim

Thanks

:chat:...This is what the Spyder Forum is all about.
Thanks Again for your time. I can remember when I first joined up and was a newbie on my Spyder. I have learned a ton of things. I am still learning and working with the Spyder. Sometimes things are looking up and then again there is always the downside.

Enjoy your time and Smile Miles. .....

I'm from a country where there are very few Spyders and therefore far fewer users able to test, modify and do work for themselves.
For me, from the moment I discovered it, this forum has been "the bible" of the Spyders and I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the selfless work and for the maintenance of the forum itself because now, in times of whatsApp, the information is shared a lot and quickly but it is ephemeral, it is not stored and it ends up disappearing.
So thank you and I hope to share with you for much longer, although unfortunately the distance does not allow me to share good times on those highways of yours.
