RT-S PE#0180
Received a call from Carlo at BRP yesterday to at least acknowledge that the problems with my RT have been excessive and to attempt to reassure me that BRP would make every effort to make things right. If any of you doubt the fact that my problems have been excessive, let me assure you that they have. I've had more than one long trip interruped becuase the machine experienced something major preventing ridding home, causing a trailering experience and this last problem caused me to cancel plans for a trip to OK. This is not counting all the ridding time I've missed because the unit was in the shop waiting on parts from Canada or the shop to complete repairs. I've got over 12K on this machine and if I haden't had all these problems, I don't doubt I'd have put close to 18-20K on it this year.
On a good note, Carlo did call me and yes he reads "Spyderlovers.com" on a regular basis. Also found out that the replacement seat for my RT-S, PE is in the works so maybe that problem will be resolved soon. My dealer now has, what is thought to be, the cure for my present failure and just maybe I'll have PE#0180 back in time to roll up some miles this weekend.

I'd like to thank everyone here for their support during this difficult time. BUT, I MISS MY RT
