• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Butch & I were just reminicing about the trip to Maggie Valley and what fun we had and we both realize we never posted anything about how great "Our American Dave" (and Jason too) were to "hang out" with during the trip. Having a camera/video cam pointed at you most of the time at first seemed a bit intimidating:yikes:, but we soon learned to ignore that thing attatched to Dave's hand or mounted on someone and just went about the business of ryding and teasing each other as usual.

After the initial hello's, Dave became one of our group and learned to dish it out as much as he took took.

The short clips of "The Road to Maggie Valley" have been fun to watch. It amazes me how he could put together such a cool pieces from all that footage and photos he continually took and make it all fit seamlessly together. As Butch said it would be fun to see the stuff that landed on the floor!

Thanks again to "Our American Dave", and when you get that license and your spyder, just remember Miliwakee isn't that far from North Branch. We'd ryde with you anytime!:2thumbs: --Paula

I second this, it was great to meet Dave and to see him in action. He's a great guy and his videos are excellent. Hope he's on a Spyder too the next time I see him!
