• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thanks All

I want to thank everyone that participated in the ride into Anacortes for Oyster Run today. Spyder riders from around the area as well as North of the border, British Columbia, and the Columbia River/Portland area attended. We had 32 Spyders ride in together. I don't know how but managed to make the 10 miles from where we met and had breakfast to town together despite all the other bikes riding into town. :yikes: It was interesting to see all those folks on the sidewalks stop what they were doing watch and take pictures as we rode down the street lined with 2 wheelers. I was told it was impressive to see that many Spyders together. Hopefully bigger and better next year . A BIG thank you to Ron the manager of LifeStyle Honda Mt. Vernon, WA for buying breakfast. They are a 1st class :firstplace: Spyder dealer with a service department to match.

I saw some of the pictures on Facebook and it looks like you all had a great time. We really enjoyed it last year and maybe we will make it back there next year.

It was a lot of fun riding into town with the group. First time there and might just have to do it next year. Thanks for organizing it.

Damn! Why are those fun events so darn far away? Enjoyed my one and only visit to Anacortes. Great place to begin a transcontinental bicycle ride.
