• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thanks A Lot, Can-Am!!

So, I dole out close to 30 grand for a new Sea To Sky, and then have to obtain my 3-wheel endorsement.
So, off I go to the school which thanks to Can Am I receive a discount.
Then, to my surprise there are no less than seven Spyders/Rykers to choose from.
I decided to hold off and let others grab what they wanted to ride.
I ended up on a Ryker Rally.
Thanks a lot Can Am! Now, I've got to figure out how to buy, and store another 3-wheeled beast!
What a hoot it was to ride, and to think it was in some sort of eco mode, not even close to sport mode.
What a load of fun!
Thanks a lot Can Am!

I feel your pain! I have an 18 Spyder that was just a little too much since I am older I don't do as many long rides. I tried out a Ryker and bought it that day! After riding it for a month straight I decided to jump back on the Spyder before selling it. I forgot how smooth and convenient it is, they are 2 different animals and one really can't replace the other. So the past 2 years I have had both! It's nice to have a choice between sport and luxury but kind or ridiculous to have both living in WI where I can barely drive them half the year.

I feel your pain! If I could get the bride to get the interest to drive her ride like she doses with her snowmobile, I would jump on two of those myself! But to my demise you loves to sit back there and smell the roses and tells me how to drive! Happy wife, happy life!:2thumbs:

I wanted a 2020+ RT from the moment that my 2 buddies picked theirs up in 2020. While I enjoyed my 2016 F3L Special Series, I just wanted something different. Well 1 year ago I was able to pick up a barely used 2021 RTL and loved it. So I passed my 2016 down to my bride. But she really doesn't ride a lot, and I am really missing the lower center of gravity on the F3 series. So I ride hers a lot, just to keep the battery charged. Lol!

In Oregon all the training bikes are Rykers, and yes, they are electronically limited to help keep people safe. But they still have plenty of response to let you experience the fun of being on 3W as BoatFixx discovered. I got my first chance on one in a class three years ago with with retirement coming soon, plan to get a Spyder RTL (as my user name would suggest).

I consider the Ryker to be the Corvette of CanAm, as was the Sportster to Harley-Davidson.
It is a hot-rod, but most capable of a comfortable 1100 miles in 6 days.
