• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thank You Lamont, BRP and SpyderLovers

Lamont,
I want to personally thank you for your hospitality and the wonderful BBQ. You are quite the host and once again, a very successful gathering. Great food and fun for all. I haven't heard anything but great things about your BBQ. From the bottom of our hearts, Brian and I thank you and we are so glad we have you as a friend.

BRP-Another wonderful Owners Event. Great location, great food, great company, great product. You have done it again. Just enough organization to bring us all together and loose enough to give people freedom to ride where they may and meet so many other owners. Also, Brian and I loved the opportunity to ride with many of the BRP folks on Saturday morning. What a great ride. Having an opportunity to speak with Yves, Jose, Bernard and everyone else was fantastic. You all are truly interested in what the owners are thinking, doing and what we want from you as a company. I was also impressed as I looked around at dinner time to see all of you sitting at various tables while you ate and talking to all the owners. You all are a class act. Thank you again.

SpyderLovers-Thank you all for just being part of this great community and promoting SpyderLovers and the Spyder itself. Many of you helped at the BBQ and I saw many of you helping each other out. This is a place where strangers become friends and it happens quickly. Thank you again everyone.

I will make it there one year soon.. Sorry I missed it yet again.. Sounds like you had a very nice time Deb.. Wanna ask you, who ended up winning the GRAND PRIZE by the way??

BRP event in Europe next year. Expenses paid and the use of a Spyder for the event is the chance of a lifetime for most of us.

His name is Lowell, he is technically a member here but has never posted. His name on SpyderLovers is Plumbmaster I believe, he is from Warren MI. Brian and I met him a few years ago and rode to Niagara Falls with him. We are also friends with his Brother and Sister-in-Law, a very nice couple from Sandusky, MI.

Couldn't agree more

:agree:Deb, I couldn't agree with you more:agree: Lamont's Bar-B-Q & the BRP event was :yes:Awesome:yes:

But it's also all the other people behind the scenes that make large events like this such a success, and you & Brian were a BIG part of that :firstplace:I think I even heard Lamont say he wouldn't think of doing it again next year without your help again:bowdown:

I also wanted to personally & publicly thank you and Brian for all of your hospitality in dealing with Teddy & myself:bowdown: I was so happy to finally meet you, and get to ryde with you guys, and you both are just awesome people.:yes:And I don't know about you, but that Ryde from Lamonts to MV will be one that I never forget :2thumbs::clap:

As soon as I get my pc at home working, I'll send you some of the pics I took of you "planking" with Teddy on yur back :ohyea:

Could not agree more.... beautifully said.

This was our first Spyder Event(s) and if my wife has anything to say about it...it will not be our last.

BTW: Lamont, I still don't know how you live with that front porch view.
How can you ever have a bad day?

Thank You and BRP for the invite, we had a blast !

This was my first owners event and WOW is just not a good enough word for it but it's the one I can come up with. Lamont is THE MAN!!!!:yes::bowdown::bowdown:! He graciously agreed to fix my parking brake and showed me what the problem was a short fix and an added piece to keep the cable from coming off again and he put it all back together without a hitch!!!!:clap: Noway could I have done that!!! I am eternally gratefull to you Lamont!!! Thank you for a great BBQ.( Last year my bike RT got there, but I didn't) Can't say enough about the Spyder "family" and how great they all are. I got lots of comments and kudos for the graphics on my trailer(BRP) it is a tribute to ALL the Veterans. And it was due to Danny Farris of Farriscustoms in Cuba Mo........ Maggie Valley is AWSOME!!!! The Mt's are too. Like one said, Lamont how could you leave such a beautiful view!!!!??? :D:firstplace:
