• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thank you BRP for.....

You really need to turn off the computer and ride more.

I would go crazy with a 50 mph maximum limit.

RE: Speed limit--It fits real nice in Hawaii. Who wants to go fast in such a nice place? :roflblack: The only exception is Honolulu--that is like the Chicago Freeway with palm trees. Four wide and zoom, zoom, zoom. Get 10 miles away from that and back in paradise at 50/55 or so.

With this kind of mileage all you 1330 owners can start asking your Harley and Goldwing trike friends, "And what kind of MPG do you get?" :roflblack::roflblack:

Yeah, not too sure I'd want to navigate the freeways of Oahu on a motorcycle or a Spyder for that matter. Drivers there are more nuts that they are here.

I took a little trip around Colorado earlier this summer on my Harley Tri-Glide. 41 mpg avg which included Red Mountain, Coal Bank, Molas, Wolf Creek, Vail and Loveland (via the tunnel) Passes.
I haven't monitored our fuel mileage but my wife's Spyder and my Tri-Glide usually get the same amount of gas, +- quarter gallon, when we stop. Sometimes she gets a little more other times I get a little more.

=bob=

I just got 43.9 MPG on my F3 but I was only averaging 25 MPH for about 80 miles in 75 degree weather.

It is VERY nice to not make everyone stop for fuel when their Harley tanks are only half empty on group rides. Thx BRP
