how about, you come up with a date range of when you think we should have the event and then from there we can keep this thread(or a new one going) to start working out details of whether it will just be a group ride or if we will have tents, sponsors, and things of that nature. I am not close to the "Hill country" but I am a Texan and would be glad to help as much as I can.
