Testing loading a picture

My OS is Linux Ubuntu 12.04. Which for these kind of things works just like Winderz.

Isn't working.... When I click the [insert image] icon, I get the little window to select uploading from computer or web. I select [from computer] which activates [select files]. I click that and nothing happens. We go nowhere. Anybody have the same problem or advise?

But that is what I'm saying. I didn't get to basic uploader, etc. Nothing happened after [Insert image]. That's why I asked if anyone else has had this experience.....

Yesterday when I tried to upload a couple pics, I would only get a window to upload from a URL. That doesn't work for me. Guess the site was having problems.
Have not tried this morning.
