• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Test ride today

Took my test ride today and I thought it went well. It was a short 5 or so mile ride as I had to follow a person from the dealership. I liked it! Now it is all about getting the best bang for your buck. They came down $2000 off of list and we priced out a couple of things, mainly the comfort seat which pushes the rider back 2 inches or so they say. My legs were a little bent too much. I want the GPS base as I already have the Garmin Zumo 660. We told him we would think about their price and I will get another one also. Looking good though.

I also took a test ride today.I had the chance to ride a twisty road and a interstate.I am still on the fence about the spyder.I ride a goldwing but am having some back problems that may force me to 3 wheels.

Re test ride

Good luck with your decision and your back. I have been riding for 30 years just sold my harley looking forward to moving on to the three wheels. Ride Safe

:welcome: To both of you. I like so many on this forum came from 40+ years of two wheel riding to the wonderful world of Spyders, and like most it took about 300 miles to get comfortable on it. Now I would not go back as it sure is a lot easier to hold it up with my bad knees :roflblack:

Face it; :D
You're already hooked!
