• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am currently using a sena 20 head set. Is there a blue tooth adapter to get the music from the radio on the Rt to the head set. If so where can I get itr, thanks....

Get it from.........

Dave's, it comes with the wired plug and play setup that's a breeze to install. And it's the least expensive one around.

Or buy the same thing complete with the proper hook up wire cheaper from motorcycledave one of our sponsors on the home page.

Or you could use the built-in FM radio on the 20s

Yes, you need to get the Sena SM10 also sold by BRP as the Bluetooth dongle.

The 20s has an FM radio receiver built-in, you activate it by pushing the phone button for 2 seconds and can then seek stations with the jog dial.

DAAAAAA

I feel so stuid right now. I totally forgot the 20 has FM ....I just want to send money... that has to be it.. Thanks.

Happy to oblige.
Please feel free to send any or all of it my way.
No donation is too small, no donation is too big.

Seriously, the SM20 is pretty good.
Many devices these days have bluetooth capability.
IPODS, GPS and cell phones can be linked to your headset via bluetooth, either directly, or through bluetooth adapters.
That keeps the wires, and the expense to a minimum.

I have the blue tooth Sena SMH10R and the Bluetooth receiver from Lamonster and Sena Sees the receiver but cant connect, says not compactable. Its a bummer.

I think you're going the wrong way.
Lamont's bluetooth device is a RECEIVER that allows you to wirelessly connect a bluetooth audio device INTO the Spyder audio system. So you can play an ipod, or other source through the Spyder speakers.
The SM10HR is also a receiver for the audio. It only transmits on the intercom connection.
The SM10, either BRP or Motorcycle Dave(FinlessBob) is a transmitter that will allow you to play the audio OUT of the Spyder and into your headset.
If you have an ipod or other device that transmits bluetooth, you can connect that directly to your SMH10R, and skip all the stuff in the middle.
I hope this helps.

I use Lamonster Bluetooth receiver to play music from my Phone to the spyder speakers. This works great. But I wanted to be able at the same time to hear incoming phone calls on my Sena but to be able to hear them speaking on my spyder speakers because the Sena does not come in very clear when playing music or phone calls.

Mine sounds quite good for phone calls and I have it paired directly to my phone.
Maybe you have a faulty unit ?
