TBR Power Tips

[Questions]

Installed the TBR Dual Carbon Fibre pipes... NO PROBLEM. However, the new P1X Power Tips remain loose no matter where the gasket is. Thought before I would add more gasket material, I'd see if anyone else had this little issue?

Thanks Guys. I've been hangin' around for a while. Just no need to post. I also spend some time on the GL1800 board. The Spyder (which is really hers) has had it's share of mods made. (Nothing like the Wing though!)

I did get the pipes solid by adding some fabric gasket material. And for those who fear the "loud" pipes.... I'd offer this. It was certainly loud when I installed the twin Carbon Fibre pipes. However, the P1X Power Tips REALLY help to reduce some of the volume. It sounds like a motorcycle now! And I will also say, it's much quieter now than my Victory was with their own after market pipes and It's not nearly as loud as when I rode it with a single TBR Aluminum pipe at the dealer.

Put the power tips in my TBR carbon duals and although they came with two different gasket sizes, mine required none at all. Works great so far (except the recall made it run a bit rough).
