There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I don't really want to get into the discussion about the woman per se, but I am a little intrigued about how some people read the sequence of events on this one?!?
I thought the summary of 'court cases & counter claims' went sorta like this:
So really, at least to me anyway, when it comes to THIS particular saga, it does look like this DJ Mueller is the money chasing attention seeker & that Swift et al just want shot of him.... did I get any of that wrong?? :dontknow:

- DJ Mueller sues Taylor Swift & Mother, Mngmt team etc for big $$ damages cos 'they lied about this bum cheek grab & I lost my job as a result & they gotta pay me motza';
- Taylor Swift et all counter sue for 'nominal $1 damages' because they claim DJ had grabbed her ass & they simply reported it to his bosses, didn't ask for him to be fired, just didn't want to see/hear/be near him ever again - ie, his actions, his problem;
- Case against Swift herself has been dropped for 'lack of evidence' on Judges' order so SHE is in the clear about trying to get him sacked, but case against her Mum & Mgmt Team proceeds;
- Court has not yet ruled on her damages counter-claim that he groped her, but it's only for $1 anyway, except a ruling on it will set a precedent re women's 'rights' about being groped during photo shoots etc....
