• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tarp or No Tarp?

Unless you are in one of the high altitude Western regions of NC, you should have plenty of periods available to ride year-round! Just get some heated gear and go for it!

Used it for probably 30 years. Works really well on cars.

I never used Irish Spring either, which fragrance?

I do keep moth balls in vented containers around and on both my tractor and lawn mower during the winter and that works for me. Before I started this I had to remove vole, mice and chipmunk nest's from my mower yearly plus repair the wiring.

:dontknow:Maybe good time for investment of enclosed trailer as bike garage & good in case need for transport:thumbup: also for consideration
http://www.thebikebarn.net/:popcorn: sorry not in hibernation area to know more just info from notes found here.

I have a 12 ft enclosed utility trailer. The R/t wouldn't fit, but my F3 will. It is just as good as a garage because it is sealed from all of the moisture found in either rainy or snowy seasons.

It only comes in one fragrance. I just remove the bar of soap from the box and set the box with the bar of soap on top underneath whatever I’m trying to protect. Doris seems to like it as he smiles when I take the sheets off of him in the spring:2thumbs:

:agree:I would go with the enclosed trailer, good garage, good way to haul it and do a little traveling and see the world!

The WIDTH of the RT is what makes it challenging to find a suitable trailer. I don't know how wide an average 1-horse trailer is, but that would be ideal. I could park it in my driveway, seal up the open areas, and park the Spyder in there, and I could run my battery tender right in. If I had to go to a 2-horse trailer (side by side), it might not fit in the driveway. Its always something...LOL
