There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sold my 2014 six months ago and was just walking thru the dealer when it bit me. I'm now ryding again and loving the 2020. It even has an accurate fuel gauge. So new I haven't even changed my profile yet.

We like our new 2020 RT. The only problem is the 2 recall's (brake included) have not been performed. BRP does not have parts and does not know when it could be performed. They are building new units but appears to not care that much about taking care of units that were sold the first of February.
We had the issue escalated, not heard back yet. Anyone else not able to get their recall's done either?

One of the guys here locally had the dealer tell him they didn't have the part. He contacted BRP and opened a case. Within a few days, it was fixed.
