• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Although this was the first trip that I had a chance to take on my spyder 2 weeks ago, I have decided to take another before the leaves are gone. I will be leading a group from the Apex area on 10/25. The plan is to leave at 7am and head up 64, to 421 towards Boone. Then we will get on the BRP and travel along that to Little Switzerland. Then we will be taking 221 (after riding the Rattler:yes:) towards I-40, and just head back home. This is the same route that we took before, but this time I hope to get some photos in at the overlooks. If you are interested in joining us for any part of the trip, just post up and we can make arrangements to meet. Some of my M109 buddies plan on going as well. This should be about a 500 mile round trip day. Nothing for the spyder, but it used to wear me out on my M109. Either way, it is still fun.
