• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tail Lamp mods - anyone installed a 'Tombstone' style tail lamp?

I wonder if anyone here has installed a 'Tombstone'
style tail lamp on their Spyder yet?
I would love to move the plate above the tail lamp
and remove the backing from the fender.

Well I wanted to show off my handiwork, but I guess I'm too new to post pictures. If interested, I have a small album of 3 pictures on my profile.

If you've already put up just 1 post on the Forum, you should be able to post pics, so maybe they're just too big, too many, or the wrong format?!? :dontknow:

If it's any of those or even just finger trouble, then rather than trying to use the 'Insert Image' link (3rd icon fm the Right in the menu bar above the Quick Reply text field) you might want to try using the red '+ Reply to Thread' button below Quick Reply, the selecting 'Go Advanced' before scrolling going down to Additional Options below the text field and using 'Manage Attachments' - it's a little bit of a longer process, but it shows all your pics as thumbnails that readers can choose to enlarge to full size simply be clicking on them; and by using that method the Forum software uploads the image & looks after some of the sizing & orientation concerns. But it still does always pay to try and post no more than 5 images per post, so that even those readers using small screen devices can open the thread & read/see what you're putting up. If you have more than 5 pics that you want to show, simply put up your first post with 5 pics in it, then add another post/more posts to the thread as necessary with the other pics in that/those posts 5 at a time.

If you still have issues getting your pics posted, rather than hijacking this thread further, please drop me a Private Message by clicking on my username (to the left of this post) Good Luck, and I'm sure I'm not alone in looking forward to seeing your handiwork!

A little knowledge is a good thing!

Thanks to the previous post from Peter Aawen I am able to post my pictures.
