• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Hi guys, wondering if it is normal or not, have a Spyder 2014 RT Limited and the windshield (specially all the way down) seem to do a ¨tac tac¨ noise like is hitting somewhere. Can´t see where so if anyone has the same issue or it is normal pls let me know....thanks!:yikes:

Usually, it only takes about a helf-inch or so off the lowest position; to keep it from rattling against the stops (And ultimately failing! :yikes:)

Oh! Are the four bolts that hold the windshield on the bracketry tight? You'll have to remove the chrome trim on the windshield, and then you can see the bolts...

Yes they are and they have been tighten or checket 2 or 3 times. Now, going slowly with helmet on and off my seat I can hear the noise but damn it, can´t identify it. Seems to me that the rubbers are dry or something like that. Who the hell knows. The brackets are no broken so don´t know...the mistery of the Y windshield...Any other help or suggestions would be great!

I doubt that this is it... but it's worth a thought!
I just got a new helmet, and as soon as I stick my head up into the airstream, I get all sorts of snapping, popping, creaking, groaning, and crackling. :yikes:
It turns out that it's the visor on the helmet... :gaah: Tonight, I'm going over it, and tightening everything up! :D
