• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

sway bars

do sway bars make a big difference in handling ?

Yes they do. If you do a search, you will find dozens of threads and countless comments on this topic. Specifically, BajaRon sells a sway bar that dramatically improves handling of the Spyder.

Yes yes and yes

I had the Bajaron swaybar and the hemi links installed. Also had a laser alignment done and it truly feels like a different bike. Definitely money well spent.

From all that I've heard, the answer is definitely yes.

I bought Ron's w/links a couple of months ago, but haven't found a way to get my spyder lifted high enough to actually get them installed yet, but hopefully once the rainy season starts I'll find a way...

Swaybar Questions...

I'm soon (budgeted next month) going to order a BajaRon's sway bar and install it myself. 2010RT...the question is should I also get the links...on my machine, are OEM plastic like others (defective) mentioned elsewhere

Also, if I get the swaybar now, and wait to get the links at a later date, how hard is it to install links to an already installed bar ?

TIA
