• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sway bar - is this upgrade worth it?

I don't ride aggressively. That's a big reason why I didn't go the distance to replace the stock bar. It's typically my wife on her Ryker and I follow behind her. Otherwise, I would have changed the bar as well. My ride is more for pleasure and not so much pushing it to extremes. This is what happens when you get old. :p

From what I read here it can be worth it but improvement may also depend on year of RT as some reports on '20-21 models show minimum improvement with sway bar. I was going to add one to my '21 RT and Lamonster garage convinced me I would get more improvement from the Elka shocks. I was ready to add the sway bar but the difference with the Elkas is significant and I am medium to high aggressive. They said sway bar might detract from the Elka advantage. So far I don't see a need for upgrading sway bar. I understand the difference in bar and shocks but Elkas not only soak up rough roads but keep the Spyder flat in corners.

I wouldn't discourage the sway bar but just saying Lamonster had another opinion at least for my model year. Definitely consider upgrading shocks in any case.

Thanks for the heads up of what happens when I get old. But when will that be? I'm 84 and love to challenge the corners in our mountains here.

You're 84 but probably feel young. I'm not that old but feel 120 with my back issues and pinched psychotic nerve.

Psychotic disorders are severe mental disorders that cause abnormal thinking and perceptions. Sure you do not mean sciatic nerve?
