There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Haven't seen any in the Chicago area
Sometimes they may have stuff at the motorcycle show in Rosemont but its usually Harley related

Your best bet is to post on here in the 4 Sale by Owner and WTB section.
If you're looking for something specific ask to see if anyone has it laying around their garage. You never know. Same goes if you have something you're wanting to sell.
I've been to many Spyder events over the years and I've never seen a swap meet.

Walnecks has swap meets..But usually its Harley related. And the usual other items :yikes:

I think it's been talked about before the last couple Spyder Fests, but nothing ever came of it. For many, it's a problem of hauling the things to sell on their Spyders over long distances, without any idea if you'd have to haul it home again.
