• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I trailered my Spyder out to Rochester, NY this past Saturday and delivered it to a newer Spyderlover who goes by purplepig. His first post here was a few weeks back looking for an SE5. He decided to buy my SM5 and I hope he has as many miles of fun on it as I had. Just like all three of our longer Spyder trips this year, it rained on us a good portion of the trip. :sour: The weather was one of the main reasons why we hauled it out to NY instead of riding it.

Its been a good run with the Spyder. I hope to stay in touch with Spyderlovers (made some good friends through this forum) and attend a few more Lamonster BBQs in the future. :clap:
 
Glad you got it sold but I see you guys back one Spyders one day. See you at the next BBQ Spyder or not :thumbup:

Wouldn't be surprised to end up at a Lamonster BBQ, even in a cage. Love the people and love the area.

I'm pretty sure we'll see you at Lamont's next BBQ or we may even just drive down for a weekend visit next year.
