• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sturgis Rally

I-Day

I am getting ready to leave for my 36th rally and my first on anything other than a Harley! I must admit I feel a little nervous and excited! I am however looking forward to my first comfortable ride out there😎! Anyone going?

Have fun. It may be lonely without the Harley though.

we are heading down on the 4th. This will only be my 4th rally and my first on anything lol. I had my Venture, but I never got to take it. We stay at Shade Valley and will be there tell the 11th. I have seen plenty of non harleys it is not the rally of old, that is probably a good and a bad thing.

This is will be my 40th trip to Sturgis, not once on a Harley and had fun and met new people every year. Have another great year and don't have too much fun.

We live close to Sturgis... lots of Harleys. .. but lots of non-Harleys too. And I have noticed a significant uptick in trikes this year of all types, so far anyway... lots more 2 wheelers rolling in soon I am sure.

Tons of great concerts this year. Enjoy! And ride safe. The craziness has already begun...

(I will be working and only get to enjoy on the way into and out of Rapid)

We also live close to Sturgis so plan to make one or two day trips there this year. Are there any vendors at the rally that sell Spyder accessories?

Went there once on my 2008 GS. No issues at all except my HD buddies I rode there with were a bit jealous as I got more attention than they did on their HD whatever model in black got. lol

I doubt I'd ever go back again. Too damn busy.

Corbin was there last year...not spyder specific, but have seats... other than that we didn't really look.

I haven't seen any indication they will be here... at least not where they were set up last year... no mention of an owners ride like last year... my wife and I were the only 2 owners that showed up...

Sturgis Bound

Oh yea! Going up for the 1st time. Taking out from Wichita KS 7am Fri morn. Catching a hotel in Valentine NE. Hope to see others on the road.

We're on our way! My first, wife's 2nd.
Already rode down the Pacific coast from Port Angeles to Santa Barbara, hit the Grand Canyon, Utah and we're in Colorado right now.
Staying in Deadwood, we'll be there on Saturday!

I was the tailgunner on that owner's ride. I worked for the demo team. The company that ran the Spyder demos no longer handles them for Can Am. I do not believe Spyder was there at all.
