• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Stupid question about the owners event....

I know me and the Mrs. are going down, but I have a good friend that would love to ride down with us. Are 2-wheeler guys welcome at the event?

Always! We have lots of riders whose spouses or significant others ride 2-wheels. The more the merrier! (Just warn him that Len is very persuasive and he may find himself going home on 3-wheels!);)

I thought they had to be registered. But how can they do that if they don't have a Spyder vin number?

Very cool! I registered my wife as a guest, so can he just go a register himself as a guest?

You will have to register him. when I registered my wife and I there was a spot for an additional guest.

I just remember something that was posted last year. I guess it was for people showing up?
Sounds good. The more the merrier!

Now it would be great if the BRP folks were at the GWRRA's Wing Ding giving demo rides like the Harley Davidson company this coming July? I'll be talking up the Can-Am Spyders!

BRP at Wing Ding

BRP was at WingDing for a couple of years. That is where I first test drove a spyder and the wife and I each have an RT now. I know they were doing a lot more test rides when they were there than Harley did last year at Wing Ding in Indiana. I don't know why BRP stopped going, but I think that they are missing the boat by not being there. There are a lot of people on Goldwings looking to trike and I tell them all that if the spyder was out when I triked my bike I would have bought it instead.

Someone with real knowledge come in here. I think Spyderfeast is open to everybody. Owners event in Maggie Valley, you have to be registered as owners or a guest of a owner before the event. I think I heard a pre registered owner being refuse to add a guest at the event (Maggie Valley lst time).
Again, somebody will real knowledge come in here.
