• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Stripped Gloriders

Ok, I just got my wife a set of gloriders for her Spyder and the cap screws stripped the threads out of the mounts. Suggestions for a durable fix?

I could probably tap some new mounts if I need to. I'm afraid it will just happen again when I change batteries.

Contact them. Their customer service is top notch, alright. I had an issue with one of my GloRyders going out, and refusing to relight. They sent me a replacement in no time! They should be able to work with you.

For future reference, I put a bit of thread locker on the screws and gently screwed them in. Then I put some aluminum tape over the screw.
I have one side that I do that to.

I have had the same issue as you and the staff at Gloriders were very helpful and offered me the answers I needed and provided a link so that I could purchase my replacement caps and suggested new housings brackets. great job by the staff, go to their page and send them a email, you will get a quick helpful response
