Stretchy sun cover

Not too long ago I saw on here, or maybe it was Ebay, where someone was making a sheer, stretchy cover that would provide shade to the seat and controls to keep them cool. This thing went on in a flash and took no room to store. Now that I am interested in one, can't find them. Does anyone have an ideas???

Do they do anything for water? Just keeping light sprinkles off the seat would be great.

I have one of these- it can be deployed in less than a minute. I'm not sure about rain coverage,as I've used it in the rain. I would guess that it would give limited coverage. Mine is in black, but they now offer stripes.

Sorry- should have typed that "I've NEVER used in the rain" That's what happens with fat fingers!
