There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. I just installed this muffler and while it sounds pretty good it may be a little to loud for my liking. Are there any other mufflers out there that has a more throaty sound and not as loud? Even my HD friends think it's a little loud. I don't mind the attention the :spyder:brings my way, I just don't want any black and white attention if you know what I mean.

the Two Brothers Racing muffler sounds good w/o excessive noise

The Two Brothers Carbon M5 Can has a deep non intrusive sound, I have one on my RT and love it, Also had a Two Brothers Racing Exhaust on my RS for two years and never had a problem with it And I live in a quiet area trust me....:coffee:

ps: That is a golf course in front of my home....:)

I need your help to keep Teddy from going deaf

Not meaning to Hi-Jack this thread, but a question along the same lines. I personally DON'T like the stock sound of Teddy's sewing machinenojoke oooooopppppppssssss..... I meant RT-S :spyder2::roflblack::p

I think it would be great if I could find a pipe that, like others have posted, has a lower/deeper tone but for my particular application, I'd love to find one that was really quiet. I always Ryde with foam type ear plugs, and they help allot, not only with the pipe sound but also the wind turbulence.

I can't do much about the wind turbulence on Teddy's ears (plugs dont fit) but if I could find the aforementioned pipe, at least that would help some

:firstplace:So, any ideas or suggestions?:dontknow::popcorn: Teddy's ears will thank you

beware the two bros on the RT if you have the BRP trailer hitch installed. the muffler will hit the axle bolt. I found out the hard way.

Hindle, Hindle, Hindle...

Oh, and according to Firefly, who I do trust a lot, the HMF might be something else I'd try if I didn't have the hindle...

I had the HMF and liked the throaty rumble, but found it too loud for my taste. I switched to the TwoBros single can with the silencer insert and I am quite happy. However, I do recommend re-mapping with any change in exhaust. The HMF and 2Bros have their own systems available to do this. I installed the Juicebox Pro this weekend, and while it wasn't much fun, I am quite happy with the result.

Repaird Street Magic SPX-15 muffler

Thanks to all who responded to my question and as it turned out, I had an exhaust leak making this can sound way louder than it should have. I have since repaired the leak and am much happier with this can:2thumbs:. Next question, what is mapping and how is this performed? I'm learning each day for people like you on this site.

We have run both and the Two Bros is WAY louder than the SPX can.

Are you speaking on the RT version or RS? By far the RS version is loud and required (For our taste) the max DB reducer offered. The RT on the other hand is no where near the DB and we have no need to run a DB reducer on it... Maybe we got lucky? :dontknow:

Mine is the RS version

I didn't know there was a difference between models but I have the RS model and since I repaired the exhaust leak it seems much quieter, compared to the former with the leak.
