ESI - Customer Service is Fabulous

Part of my day job is handling customer issues for a major electronics company and I deal with customer support folks at other companies. ESI sets a great example of how to treat a customer when their is a product issue. In this case I blew up a couple of fender tip units because I ordered before they had RT versions available and I didn't know there was a difference. They worked with me and were proactive in communicating and sending me a replacement set as soon as they were available.

I misquoted the introductory price on my part ( not the same as the RS )for the Triple Play, seems there is a lot more manhours involved. And the price is signifigantly more, so for now I will have to do without.

Magic Man has been so helpful in getting this order rushed out to me,and making sure I got everyting I need.

Oh I also ordered the green Filter,and when I told the service mgr he jotted it down, seems they might wanna stock some at the dealership.
