• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Stock seat mod gas door

Yes, I added all the material just to be safe. Mike, you have been a great help. I was really afraid to do this mod but after watching you do a few of them, I felt better about my ability to get this done. I just want to thank you again. I wish there were more guys like you around. The next thing you may want to add here is your shock relocation mod. And please explain the benefits.

Just wanted to add a little bit of info and my experience installing my gas door. I marked my door holes, used a soldering iron to burn holes through the vinyl and foam, then drilled my holes. Once the holes were drilled I used 3/4 inch flat Allen wrench headed bolts with T nuts and mounted the door. With the door mounted, I used a utility knife to cut the vinyl and foam away, exposing the plastic of the seat. Instead of using a hole saw for my hole, I used a multi tool to cut the hole in the plastic. Then I used a Dremel tool to sand and round the small flat spots left from the multi tool. Worked great and was quick and flawless. Using a hole saw kind of scared me, afraid of it jerking and screwing the seat up. I've read about it happening. Hope this little info helps someone.
